Reports include photographs and detailed descriptions of the building, the facilities and any existing faults. The Property Inspectors inspection can be arranged at any time prior to the commencement of the lease.
NB The pro-rata rate for any m2 over and above 300m2 under this cost option is as follows.
Non-Urgent – $1.83 + GST per m2
RRP – $2.50 + GST per m2
Urgent – $3.16 + GST per m2
